1. Data Collection

We believe in minimal data collection. Scripts and recordings generated within the application are primarily stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. We do not store your recordings on our servers.

2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party tools to improve the performance and reliability of our application:

• Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics: Used strictly to identify app crashes and understand generic usage metrics to improve stability. Data is anonymized where possible.
• AI Features (Apple Intelligence): The writing tools (rewrite, summarize, Auto Mark and similar) use Apple Intelligence. On supported iPhones with iOS 27 or later, they use Apple’s Private Cloud Compute by default — only the text of the script you run an action on is sent to Apple, processed by Apple’s larger model, and not stored. It is never sent to us or to any other AI provider, and your voice, recordings and videos are never sent. You can turn this off in Settings › AI › Private Cloud Compute, and the tools then run entirely on your device. Speech recognition for voice-follow always runs on your device. On Android, all AI features run entirely on your device.

3. User Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of any data associated with your account or usage. Since most data is stored locally, you may clear it simply by uninstalling the application.
